Despite his bullying, the fact remains that his face is practically just as flushed as her. Pretending he's not just as hopelessly doomed is just another lie he's good at telling, after all... even if it's easy to see through at this point.
...well, paying attention to his face is better than looking down and paying attention to the other sign of how desperate he is for her, so he'd rather she keep focusing on that instead of turning her gaze downward.
He crawls forward, once again moving on top of her... but instead of continuing upwards, he stops with his head around her navel.
She gets one grin from him before he opens his mouth wide... and bites down on her again, this time intent on putting his mark on the side of her stomach, as he bites down just as hard as he did with her neck.
